Metastatic Melanoma: Perspectives on Current Treatment

This CME Connection newsletter provides physicians with information regarding current treatment and insights into emerging treatment approaches for metastatic melanoma. By the end of this 1-hour continuing education activity, participants should be better able to: list the new agents for melanoma in late clinical development and describe the mechanism of action, efficacy and toxicity profiles; describe the most up-to-date studies on the treatment for metastatic melanoma; discuss recent data and apply the findings to the treatment of advanced melanoma; and educate patients on the approach to the treatment of metastatic melanoma, including available clinical trials.
